I-2109 is hedge fund millionaire Brian Heywood’s attempt to repeal the capital gains tax and avoid paying what he owes. If it passes, Washington will lose billions of dollars in funding for childcare and education. It will make our child care crisis worse and shift the tax pressure to small businesses and working families.
