NOPE Neighbors for Pennsylvania Up and Down the Ballot 2026



Flipping the House is our top priority – and Pennsylvania is once again our highest priority state. Nationwide, there are only 17 House tossup races, and Pennsylvania has three of them, more than any other state.


We’re directing support to a strong slate of federal and state candidates in three flippable US House districts, one with a toss-up primary and two with “sure-bet” primary winners.


  • CD-07: We’re directing donations to the Democratic CD-07 Nominee Fund. They’ll be released to the winner of the PA primary on May 19. That winner will need them urgently for the general election in this very flippable district.


  • CD-08: Paige Cognetti, the feisty mayor of Scranton, is running a strong campaign to unseat hypocritical Republican Rob Bresnahan, who has been linked to insider trading. 


  • CD-10: Janelle Stelson, who narrowly lost her 2024 bid to unseat election denier Scott Perry, has a real shot at taking him down in her second run.


  • State candidates in Congressional districts 07, 08, and 10: Donations via this link to the state’s House Democratic Campaign Committee will go to statehouse candidates “nested” in these three Congressional districts. They will help drive votes for the US House candidates we'e supporting. They will also help expand the Dem’s current one-seat PA House majority, ensuring that elections in the Keystone State are free and fair in 2028.
