NORML Conference 2018

Sunday, July 22nd:

NORML Activist Strategy Summit

Where: Capital Hilton

1001 16th St NW, Washington, DC 20036

When: 1pm - 5:00pm


Attendees will be able to choose from a number of important areas of interest and engage in free-flowing, peer to peer strategizing on issues including running an effective chapter, communications strategy, social media and online activism, and more. Each topic area will be moderated by outstanding NORML activists from across the country paired with a National staffer and provide an outlet for individuals to share stories based on their advocacy experiences, exchange tips for best practices, and come up with new concepts to put into play to help push us closer to the end of prohibition.

Monday, July 23rd:

NORML 2018 Conference

Where: Capital Hilton (1001 16th St NW, Washington, DC 20036)

When: 9am - 5:30pm (Coffee and light refreshments will be served from 9am-10am)

NORML Benefit Party

Where: Attendees will receive the secret venue location in advance of the conference, optional shuttle service from the Capital Hilton to the venue to be provided.


Tuesday, July 24th:

NORML Lobby Day

Where: US Congress

When: 11am - 5pm

We will gather in the morning in a reserved room on the hill. Registrants will meet with the offices of their elected officials throughout the day as scheduled (NORML staff and chapter leaders will be assisting with setting up these meetings, so please register as soon as possible so we can start booking those with your specific officials). After lobbying we will reconvene one final time for happy hour drinks and to share stories of our efforts at a local establishment.
