Voter Registration Events are ongoing. We support NORMLs Smoke the Vote, National Voter Registration Day, and Rock the Vote.

In Florida, the legislature enacted laws that require Voters to request Vote-by-Mail Ballots every election cycle. With this new requirement return postage is now paid for by the State and County Election Offices. Giving Voters a far greater opportunity to return Vote-by-Mail Ballots.

With your support we can reach and assist more Voters. Whether through music events, door-to-door operations, or other voter outreach events. We need your support.

In the U.S. surveys report that 89% of respondents use marijuana-cannabis for adult use-recreational-nonmedical purposes, and only 10% use for medical purposes.

97% of the U.S. or 49 States, D.C. and 4 Territories have comprehensive medical marijuana or low-THC programs. 50% or 24 States, D.C. and 3 Territories have adult use-recreational nonmedical programs.

The recent executive agency recommendations by HHS and the DEA to reschedule marijuana-cannabis to a Schedule III requiring a prescription. Is out of date and touch with consumer consumption.

Data on marijuana arrests continues to decline. In 2007, there were over 870,000 arrests related to marijuana. In 2021, 219,489 marijuana arrests were reported, and in 2022, 227,108 marijuana violations were reported. We require your support to bring this number down to zero.

Donate and support the Cannabis Administration and Opportunity Act S.4226 which will remove cannabis-marihuana, delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) entirely from the Controlled Substances Act.

We need your support to protect cannabis consumer rights and to allow personal cultivation for all.

NORML Tallahassee philosophies are Environmental and Socially Conscious Consumption, Equal Access Equal Justice, and More NORML Than You Think.
