Special-Purpose candidate fund
Contribute to this fund earmarked specifically for Democrats running for contested school board seats from Nazareth and north/west through the Slate Belt. (Scroll to bottom for alternative to contribute by check.)
In 2023, we're facing some of the most vile opposition yet, many promoted by and often inspired by the ironically named "Moms for Liberty."
These opponents want to ban books and generally to take away students' #FreedomToLearn (as well as restricting teachers' freedom to teach in the way they know best).
That's why we've started this dedicated Northern Tier School Board Candidates Fund - to support six candidates running across three school districts (Nazareth Area School District Regions I & II; Pen Argyl School District Regions I [2-year] & II; Bangor Area School District at large).
Our Northern Tier front-liners are champions for students, families, and teachers, knowing that our public schools work best for everyone when we all work together.
They're already pushing back against the false choices to divide us and will stand strong to strengthen our schools to support all students when elected.
