Temporary Protected Status (TPS)
Back in 2017, the Trump administration attempted to terminate the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) program for at least 6 countries, leaving more than 400,000 people who have lived & worked in the United States for nearly two decades, under the threat of deportation. Refusing to accept the fate of family separation, TPS migrant families from across the country came together to form the National TPS Alliance. Through grassroots organizing, congressional lobbying, & an ongoing litigation, TPS families were able to fight back and save the TPS program.
Thanks to your support, Today the National TPS Alliance is continuing to build power amongst immigrant communities in order to ensure the protection of the TPS program, to call on the Biden administration to expand the program for other migrants and refugees in need of immediate relief, and advocate towards a long awaited permanent residency for ALL TPS BENEFICIARIES.

Your contribution ensures that TPS holders have the resources needed to continue their nationwide campaign. Their efforts include advocacy, leadership development, grassroots organizing, and communication strategies aimed at educating congressional leaders and the general public on the importance of protecting the TPS program.
