I’m Conor Rice, a Corpus Christi native and candidate for Nueces County Democratic Party Chair. I’m running to build a stronger, year-round Democratic Party that invests early in candidates, modernizes organizing, and is fully committed to Democratic values.


I work full-time for NGP VAN, the official campaign software of the Democratic National Committee, and I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to win elections in today’s political environment. Our county party must be strategic, disciplined, and prepared not just during election season, but every day.


This contribution supports my primary runoff campaign for Chair and helps us build the organization and outreach needed to win this race and prepare for the critical 2026 cycle.


I’m honored to be supported by Congressman Joaquin Castro, local and regional Democratic Party Chairs, labor leaders, former county judges, and current local elected officials who share this vision for our party.
