Help us protect our immigrant neighbors ✊

As Trump & Republicans in Congress unleash the world's largest paramilitary onto our neighbors, Indivisible Harlem, Empire State Indivisible, Inwood Indivisible, and a growing network of grassroots groups across New York City are taking action –– to stand united, as neighbors, for immigrant safety.

Neighbors United for Immigrant Safety is a project carried out by a coalition of Indivisibles, Democratic clubs, and other volunteer organizations in neighborhoods across the city with an important goal: to engage in outreach to local businesses so that they and their employees are prepared for ICE raids.

Working in pairs, block by block, we meet with owners, managers, and employees at their work sites, using multilingual, legally vetted materials to make sure they know what to do now to protect themselves, what to do if ICE comes, what to do in case of detentions, and where to find additional resources.

This necessary work requires resources (for materials, training, & more), and we're asking anyone who can to chip in so we can continue to scale this project and protect more and more of our immigrant neighbors.

MORE ABOUT INDIVISIBLE HARLEM:

Indivisible Harlem is one of 6,000 grassroots Indivisible groups across the country taking action to realize bold progressive policies from the state house to the White House. Since our founding in 2017, hundreds of members have joined, and together we have successfully advocated for causes and worked to elect progressive champions. We continue to fight for the just, progressive world we know is possible.

Indivisible Harlem is completely volunteer-run. Your donation will support the direct costs of our activism –– things like meeting room rental (zoom and IRL), website creation and maintenance, posters, art supplies, clipboards, transportation, and more! Our members work so hard, and we'd all be so grateful, if you're able to chip in today.

Contribute today to Indivisible Harlem –– together, we will win.
