Can you sponsor a young gender justice organizer's participation in the Young Nevadans for Equality Weekend? Funds will go towards travel costs, protest materials, and all expenses necessary to enshrine gender equality in Nevada's Constitution.

This November, gender justice is on the ballot in Nevada. Protections for queer and trans youth is on the ballot. Abortion is on the ballot. Menstrual equity is on the ballot. Title IX protections are on the ballot. That is why young people from across the Southwest are convening in Las Vegas for a weekend of organizing, from October 21st through 23rd, to promote Nevada's Ballot Question #1.

On November 8th, Nevadans will decide whether to add a new section to the Nevada Constitution that states, "Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by this State or any of its political subdivisions on account of race, color, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, ancestry or national origin." Enshrining gender equality in the Nevada State Constitution is critical to end sex-based discrimination against Nevadans. The passage of Question #1 will also build momentum for a national ERA that will protect women and queer people across the country. We need to get this sh*t passed.

That is why Generation Ratify will be on the ground in Las Vegas October 21st through 23rd. We will be building up momentum and hype for Question #1 through phone-banking, canvassing, rallying, tabling, wheat-pasting, and more. We will also build community with one another, hear from badass Nevadan organizers, and envision together what a feminist future looks like in Nevada.

Can you chip in what you can to make this a reality?
