Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  4. I am at least eighteen years old.
  5. I am not a federal contractor.
All contributions shall be divided equally among Friends of Cheri Bustos, Cartwright for Congress, Friends of Elizabeth Esty, Josh Gottheimer for Congress, Kuster for Congress, Inc., Sean Patrick Maloney for Congress, Nolan for Congress Volunteer Committee, Schneider for Congress, Carol Shea-Porter for Congress, and Suozzi for Congress until each committee has received $25,000 after Nadler Victory Committee expenses have been paid. Thereafter, the first $5,400 of each contribution from a person and the first $5,000 of each contribution from a multicandidate committee ("PAC") will be allocated to Nadler for Congress, the next $5,000 from each person/PAC will be allocated to Jerry's PAC, and any additional funds will be allocated to DCCC up to the applicable contribution limits. For contributions to a candidate committee, the first $2,800 from a person and the first $5,000 from a multi-candidate committee will be considered designated for the primary election and the second $2,800/$5,000 will be considered designated for the general election, unless the primary election has already occurred, in which case the contribution will be considered designated only to the general election.
