Nadler Victory Fund Reception

Contributions to Nadler Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: Contributions to the Nadler Victory Fund shall be divided among the participating committees: Andy Kim for Congress, Angie Craig for Congress, Cindy Axne for Congress, DeFazio for Congress, Delgado for Congress, Friends of Lucy McBath Inc., Lauren Underwood for Congress, Sharice for Congress, Susan Wild for Congress, Tom Malinowski for Congress, Nadler for Congress and Jerry’s Political Action Committee, in accordance with all applicable FEC requirements. Each of the committees shall receive $10,000 (after funds are raised by the Nadler Victory Fund) from contributions from funds raised from the Nadler Victory Committee after expenses have been paid. Thereafter, the first $5,800 of each contribution from a person and the first $5,000 of each contribution from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Nadler for Congress and the next $5,000 from each person/PAC will be allocated to Jerry’s PAC. For contributions to a candidate committee, the first $2,900 from a person and the first $5,000 from a multicandidate committee will be considered designated for the primary election and the second $2,900/$5,000 will be considered designated for the general election, unless the primary election/convention has already occurred, in which case the contribution will be considered designated only to the general election. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
