The New York Abortion Access Fund saw marked increases in funds distributed, total callers, and out-of-state cases in 2025. These rates reflect an across-the-board increase in access needs—both in New York and across the country.

About the New York Abortion Access Fund
Founded in 2001, the New York Abortion Access Fund works to make abortion accessible for anyone living in or traveling to New York through direct funding, holistic support, and trusted connections. We foster systems of community care and build collective power to dismantle barriers, shift systems, and advance reproductive justice.
Since the fall of Roe in 2022, we have provided over $6M in direct funding for abortion care and supported 8,561 abortion seekers from 40 states and 25 countries.
