On Wednesday, April 15, the chairman of the New York Democratic Party released an unhinged statement attacking our organization and lamenting the principles we stand for. Jay Jacobs defended the police, attacked sex workers, and followed up with an email quoting our platform as if we had attempted to hide it on our public website.
Meanwhile, our socialist slate secured $4.5 billion annually for working class communities by taxing the rich in this year’s budget. Our Socialists In Office are changing politics in Albany to work for the many, not just the few.
It's clear that the Democratic establishment and their corporate donors are scared and starting to lash out.
Imagine how terrified they would be if we sent another six socialists to the state capital in 2022.
