New York chapter - Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America

There’s no more important time to get involved than right now. We’ve seen historic levels of grassroots action and participation in civic engagement so far this year, we know that Americans are ready to act on issues that matter to them.

We understand that it will take every single one of us doing her and his part to effectively bring the change we need to End Gun Violence in our country.

We also understand that everyone needs to be able to participate on their own terms with their available means. We truly understand that not everyone has the capacity to join us by donating time and being an active volunteer.

For some of us, it is easier to donate money. But, we all want to make sure we support the work most meaningful to us. That's why we, the volunteer leadership of your New York State chapter, have created this fundraiser to offer this opportunity to all our members and friends. All the funds raised here will be used to support our volunteer work, the money will be spent on education and community outreach. It will empower us to host more events engaging more people. It will allow us to widen our reach by raising awareness. It will enable us to receive more training to be more effective in our roles.
