Empire State NORML is a volunteer ran 501(c)4 advocacy organization. Memberships give us the political clout we need to make a difference.


Your membership will help us fund our advocacy and make our efforts to free the plant and fight for consumers' rights even more effective!


Now that the MRTA has passed, the local grassroots organizing really begins! Your contribution will help us fight against Opt-Out laws and fight for consumer-centric regulations!


Our mission is to serve as an advocate for consumers to assure they have access to high-quality marijuana that is safe, convenient, and affordable.
