Contribution rules

  1. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  2. I am at least eighteen years old.
  3. I am not a federal contractor.
  4. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  5. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Operation Earned Trust is supported by a hybrid federal PAC and contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Individuals/Partnerships/Federal PACs: Your contribution is for use in connection with federal elections and is subject to the limitations and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act. Contributions are limited to $5,000 per calendar year per person to the PAC’s contribution account. Contributions are unlimited to the PAC’s non-contribution account. Contributions to the PAC’s non-contribution account may also be made by the treasury funds of corporation or labor union. Operation Earned Trust PAC may not accept contributions from a foreign national or corporation (unless the foreign national is a permanent resident alien residing in the United States), national banks or associations or federal contractors. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
