Support Ohio Physicians for Reproductive Rights

Ohio Physicians for Reproductive Rights Advocacy Alliance (OPRRAA) is a nonpartisan coalition of thousands of medical professionals and advocates committed to upholding and expanding access to safe, legal, equitable, and comprehensive reproductive health care for all Ohioans, while fiercely protecting patients’ right to make their own reproductive healthcare decisions, free from government interference.

Founded by a passionate group of physicians who saw firsthand the impact abortion bans and restrictions have on patients, OPRR played a crucial role in putting the Reproductive Freedom Amendment on the ballot in 2023. With more than 30 abortion laws and restrictions still in effect in Ohio, our victory with Issue 1 is just the beginning.

In 2024, OPRR will again bring the unique voices and perspectives of physicians to efforts to fully implement the Reproductive Freedom Amendment. We will invest in legislative and legal advocacy, education and training for doctors, policymakers, and the public, and support efforts that protect reproductive rights in Ohio and beyond.
