Donate to One Fair Wage Plus Tips MA Committee

We are leading an initiatve on the November ballot in MA to raise service workers’ wages and end the subminimum wage for tipped workers, a legacy of slavery and source of economic instability and sexual harassment for the largest low-wage workforce of women in the state.

National polls of youth voters, Black voters and Latinx voters are showing that 'the rising cost of living' and 'jobs with living wages' are the top issues for these and other voters this year, and so the fact that we are putting One Fair Wage directly on the ballot in MA means that we will be not only addressing these voters’ top concerns by ending the subminimum wage for tipped workers, but also that we will be able to mobilize tens of thousands of new, unlikely voters in November.
