Ohio Progressive Action Leaders (OPAL) is Ohio's state-wide coalition for Indivisible and other grassroots group leaders. We support, accelerate, and empower the work of our coalition groups and their volunteers.
Our collective goal is nothing less than turning Ohio Blue. That work starts with protecting democratic process, advancing voting rights and access, and expanding the Democratic electorate. We won't rest until every Ohioan’s voice is heard and every vote is fairly counted.
Specifically, we're helping OPAL groups and volunteers across the state:
- End Ohio's undemocratic gerrymandering by ensuring fair and transparent redistricting.
- Expose and defeat statehouse bills that make voting more difficult.
- Train and build voter engagement and voter registration teams across the state in advance of 2022's critical US Senate and state executive branch races.
