Trans Liberty PAC - IE

THOUSANDS OF TRANS KANSANS CAN'T LEGALLY DRIVE TONIGHT. HELP US GET THEM TO SAFER STATES.

Kansas voided every trans resident's driver's license. Tennessee just voted to publish trans people's medical records. State governments across the nation are endangering the lives of trans Americans, and we're going to help.

In Kansas, we launched Operation Lifeboat - a full emergency response providing legal aid, relocation support, and direct assistance to trans Americans whose state turned against them.

In just two weeks we've already received nearly 60 requests for assistance and have mobilized over a hundred volunteers.

Now Tennessee is building a public registry of trans people's medications, diagnoses, and providers. Other states are watching. Other legislatures are drafting or deliberating their own attacks on the trans community. And some of those bills, like Tennessee's, might put people's lives at risk if they stay.

We are maintaining our focus on Kansas, and building capacity to help in other states when the need arises. But volunteers can't do it alone.

★ YOUR DONATION FUNDS:

  • EMERGENCY RELOCATION - Transportation, housing, moving assistance for people who need to leave
  • LEGAL AID - Breaking leases, preserving employment, connecting people with civil rights attorneys
  • RESPONSE INFRASTRUCTURE - The operations, volunteer network, and systems to get people to safety

Operation Lifeboat was built by professional emergency managers who've coordinated disaster responses and refugee evacuations around the world. Kansas proved it works. Tennessee proves we need it to scale.

If someone wants to leave an unsafe state like Kansas, we help them go. If they want to stay, we help them stay more safely. That is the promise, and your donation is what makes it real.

For the survival and success of liberty,
