Sparking an organizing revival!

An organizing revival is about bringing the spirit back to the dispirited. It’s about building a bigger ‘we’ by talking to people who will join us in building a country that works for all of us, including those we don’t typically talk to. It’s about building a strong ‘we’ by returning to the basics of building durable grassroots power. It’s centered around training new leaders in the art of curious one-on-one conversations situated in an intentional plan to grow our base. 

Instead of preaching only to the choir and exhausting the same list of activists in repeated mobilizations, an organizing revival will bring new people into contact with the power of community organizing and reactivate organizations and organizers who have fallen into unstrategic habits that earn in-group praise but fail to build power.
