Support Direct Democracy
The mission of Vox Populi: Our Choice is to amend the South Dakota constitution so the legislature is required to respect the will of the voters. We must collect 50,000 signatures to get this single sentence amendment on the ballot:
"A measure approved by the electors may not be repealed or amended by the Legislature for seven years from the enacted date of the measure."
Until we have those signatures, every dollar we receive goes towards achieving that goal.
Contribution rules
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
