Vivian Nguyen

Unlike the citywide speed limit, Vivian is no longer 25 🎂

Unlike birthdays, city policy is subject to regulation. Everett’s citywide speed limit was lowered to 25 MPH to improve street safety, and that change required real votes and accountability.

As your City Councilor, Vivian voted in support of lowering the citywide speed limit, backed traffic-calming measures like speed bumps and signage on residential streets, and worked to reduce traffic and parking strain by advancing transit solutions that better serve seniors, families, and residents with disabilities.

She supported these decisions because the evidence is clear: slower streets reduce serious injuries, improve walkability, and make neighborhoods safer and more livable for everyone.

This work is sustained by community support from donors like you. Thank you for being part of continued progress toward safer streets in Everett.
