Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to PA WI Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $6,600 of each contribution from an individual or non-multicandidate committee will be split equally between Tammy Baldwin for Senate and Bob Casey for Senate Inc. The first $10,000 of each contribution from a multicandidate committee will be split equally between Tammy Baldwin for Senate and Bob Casey for Senate Inc. The first $3,300 from an individual or non-multicandidate PAC and the first $5,000 from a multicandidate PAC will be designated for the primary election; the next $3,300/$5,000 will be designated for the general election unless the primary election has already occurred, in which case the contribution will be considered designated only to the general election. Any funds allocated to Tammy Baldwin for Senate that would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully donate will be allocated to the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, up to $5,000 from a multicandidate PAC and $10,000 from an individual or non-multicandidate PAC. Any funds allocated to Bob Casey for Senate Inc that would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully donate will be allocated to the Pennsylvania Democratic Party, up to $5,000 from a multicandidate PAC and $10,000 from an individual or non-multicandidate PAC.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting casey@mbacg.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
