Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
Contributions or gifts to The PAC for America’s Future are not tax deductible. Contributors should fill out all fields in the contribution form, including name, residential address, occupation, employer name, and employer's city/state. If self-employed, please list the name through which you do business in the “employer” field. Federal law imposes taxes and penalties on political organizations for failing to disclose required information to the IRS. The PAC for America’s Future files public reports disclosing its contributors with the IRS and states in accordance with state election laws.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
The first $5,000 that you contribute in a calendar year will go to the PAC for America’s Future’s $5,000-and-under Contribution Account. Once a contributor has contributed $5,000 in a calendar year to that Contribution Account, The PAC for America’s Future will transfer any amounts given in excess of $5,000 to the PAC for America’s Future’s nonfederal account. By donating to PAC for America’s Future, you agree that your contribution may be used for campaign media spending and your name, mailing address, occupation, and employer may be reported to the Arizona Secretary of State for disclosure to the public. To opt out of having your donation so used, contact us at info@statesproject.org within 21 days of making this donation. A receipt confirming your decision to opt-out is available upon request.
Under federal law, The PAC for America’s Future can accept contributions from U.S. citizens or lawfully admitted permanent residents (i.e., green card holders) but cannot accept contributions from foreign nationals.
The PAC for America's Future does not accept contributions from for-profit corporations or their PACs.
