As the first African American to Chair the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Board of Education, it has been an honor and privilege to serve our community these last 4 years. Now I ask you to support and vote for me to become a Forsyth County Commissioner because I am a leader that you can trust to empower people and improve our community. If elected, my priorities will be:
- Increase educator pay
- Provide Pre-K to all eligible children
- Restore juvenile justice
In our county 52% of children live at or below poverty. If we want to have a strong and viable county, the investment must be bold and strategic to uplift our most vulnerable citizens. Moreover, I will govern with a collaborative mind and heart to strengthen and progress our county for the good of all citizens.

FYI: Your donations will mainly go to paying for the human resources to manage this campaign, like the manager, treasurer, and poll workers. Any funds that are raised over the amount needed will be given to a local non-profit.
