Never Forget Foundation is an AHA – American Heart Association – accredited Training Site that provides courses in CPR (Basic Life Support – BLS) for both the layperson and Healthcare Provider, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).


Classes are available for continuing education needs of healthcare professionals. 

The AHA – American Heart Association – is a world leader in CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) training and education. The AHA publishes the Guidelines for CPR and ECC, which set the standard for lifesaving first aid and CPR protocols and products around the world.

AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification

The American Heart Association’s Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Course has been updated to reflect new science in the 2015 American Heart Association Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care. This classroom, video-based, Instructor-led course uses a series of simulated pediatric emergencies to reinforce the important concepts of a systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, PALS treatment algorithms, effective resuscitation and team dynamics. The PALS course also covers airway management and related pharmacology. In the PALS Course, skills are taught in large, group sessions and small, group learning and testing stations where case-based scenarios are presented. The goal of the PALS Course is to improve the quality of care provided to seriously ill or injured children, resulting in improved outcomes. Successful course completion includes completing the following components: · Pass the 1- and 2-Rescuer Child BLS With AED and 1- and 2-Rescuer Infant BLS Skills Tests · Actively participate in, practice and complete all learning stations · Complete the closed-book written exam with a minimum score of 84% · Pass 2 PALS core case scenarios (1 cardiac and 1 respiratory or shock) as a team leader, providing appropriate medical treatment and demonstrating effective team dynamics Audience: The PALS Course is for healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children. This includes personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units such as physicians, nurses, paramedics and others who need a PALS course completion card for job or other requirements. The AHA’s course is the premier PALS training for healthcare providers. The evidence-based content and well-tested teaching methodology can dramatically improve the learning and retention of lifesaving skills.EMERGPALSBOOK Course length: Approximately 10 to 12 hours (Initial Course) Approximately 6 to 7 hours (Renewal Course) Upon successful completion, students receive an American Heart Association PALS Provider Card, valid for two years.
