Dr. Pan is a practicing pediatrician, former California State Senator and Assemblymember, and nationally recognized public health leader. He advanced from a competitive primary and is now running against MAGA Congressman Kevin Kiley in one of the most important battleground races in the country.


The DCCC has added Dr. Pan to their list of must flip races for 2026. The path to win back the house goes through this district.
