The Pato Project creates inclusive university history curricula, ensuring LGBTQIA+ youth see themselves represented. We gather stories through events and journals, and soon, with your support, storytellers, historians, and anyone with an LGBTQIA+ story can share directly.

Our AI platform curates, validates, and distributes these stories to partner universities in real-time.

For every $10 you donate, we collect, curate, and validate five LGBTQIA+ facts with supporting evidence, enabling universities to include them in academic research and curricula. Last year, we collected 15,000 historical facts, which are now part of Puerto Rican history curricula in several universities, including the prestigious El Centro at Hunter College, NYC.

In 2025, we aim to double the data we gift to universities.
