Contribution rules

  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
The campaign has voluntarily decided not to accept any contributions from insurance companies, anyone who is an employee of an insurance company, or anyone who lobbies for insurance companies. Contributions to Wolff for Insurance Commissioner 2026 are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. The Committee may accept contributions of up to $9,800 per election ($19,600 total for the primary and general elections) from individuals, businesses, labor organizations and PACs. Small Contributor Committees may contribute up to $19,600 per election ($39,200 total for the primary and general elections). Contributions must be from the donors' own funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person. Contributions from foreign nationals who lack permanent residence in the United States are prohibited.
