Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Patriot Service Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
All contributions will be designated for the General 2026 election & calendar year 2026 for PAC’s. All contributions will be split evenly amongst Pat Ryan for Congress, Patriot PAC, Nancy Lacore for Congress, and Rebecca Bennett for Congress up to the FEC Contribution limits of $3,500 for campaign committees/non-multi-candidate PAC’s and $5,000 for multi-candidate PAC’s. Any excess funds allocated will be allocated across the participants in the following order until exhausted for the various limits are met: Patriot PAC up to $5,000, Pat Ryan for Congress up to $3,500 for individuals/non-multi-candidate PAC’s and $5,000 for multi-candidate PAC’s, Nancy Lacore for Congress up to $3,500 for individuals/non-multi-candidate PAC’s and $5,000 for multi-candidate PAC’s, and Rebecaa Bennet for Congress up to $3,500 for individuals/non-multi-candidate PAC’s and $5,000 for multi-candidate PAC’s. Any remaining funds above and beyond the above limits will be returned to the contributor.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting ryan@beecompliance.co. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
