Chuck Grassie –Rochester City Council, District 24
Chuck Grassie is running to represent Ward 4 on the Rochester, New Hampshire City Council. A current State Representative, Chuck has a lengthy record of public service and putting progressive values into action, including 20 years as a municipal planner, 25 years on the Rochester City Council, his current work in the New Hampshire state legislature, and lmore. As a community member, Chuck helped found the Rochester Childcare Center and grow the Strafford County Homemakers senior care program. And as a legislator, he sponsored a constitutional amendment that would protect reproductive rights and our New Hampshire Freedom. Chuck also passed legislation to cap the price of insulin and EpiPens and established the New Hampshire Prescription Affordability Board. Now Chuck is running to return to the Rochester City Council in order to tackle issues such as homelessness, underfunded schools, affordable housing, attracting young families, and guaranteeing higher wage jobs.
