This district could be key to the presidential race since Nebraska allocates its Electoral College votes by congressional district. Obama targeted and won here in 2008 and Nate Silver's FiveThirtyEight shows this district could break a 269-269 Electoral College tie. Kara's grassroots field operation is running full-throttle and her Get Out The Vote program will help Joe Biden too.

One of the top House candidates in the nation, Kara Eastman is taking on Republican incumbent Don Bacon, one of the most vulnerable Republicans in the country. 

Kara came within 1 point of defeating Bacon in 2018 -- and PCCC members chipped in nearly $300,000 to her race. Elizabeth Warren just endorsed her and Kara’s ready to finish the job.

A right-wing attack group allocated over $1 million in TV to Nebraska’s 2nd district this fall. Kara needs money now to expand her grassroots operation, get ads ready, and turn out voters in the tricky coronavirus environment.
