The Colorado Supreme Court just ruled that Trump is disqualified from holding office, citing a provision of the Constitution that bans a person who “engaged in insurrection” from holding office. This removes Trump from the state’s 2024 ballot.
This took courage by Secretary of State Jena Griswold who we helped reelect in a close election last year against an elections denier.
Jena Griswold also leads the Democratic Association of Secretaries of State.
