It's go time in Nebraska's epic Senate fight between a working class mechanic and a billionaire Republican incumbent.
Independent Dan Osborn – mechanic, Navy veteran, and union strike leader – just got a clean head-to-head race against billionaire Republican Sen. Pete Ricketts.
In 2024, with thousands of PCCC members behind him, Osborn outperformed Kamala Harris by 14 points in Nebraska. He came within just 7 points of winning – in a state that went for Trump by 20.
A new August Impact Research poll finds Osborn tied with Ricketts at 47%-47%. With the race dead even, so much comes down to getting Osborn's working-class message in front of voters across Nebraska.
