The Democratic Party faces a choice: keep taking AIPAC checks, keep letting the billionaire class write the rules – or build something worth fighting for.
The candidates on this page have made their choice. (Click "Customize amounts" in the form to open individual candidate fields.)
Abdul El-Sayed (MI-Sen) is running for Michigan's open Senate seat as the shake-up-the-system fighter for workers against a broken political and economic system rigged for billionaires and big corporations. Abdul is endorsed by Bernie, AOC, the United Auto Workers, the PCCC, Working Families Party, and more and is campaigning to "Get money out of politics, put money in your pocket, and pass Medicare for All."
Will Lawrence (MI-07) is the frontrunner to flip Michigan's 7th Congressional District – one of the most competitive in the country. Will co-founded the Sunrise Movement, helped lay the groundwork for the Green New Deal, and organized with the Michigan Rent Is Too Damn High tenant union. Will is endorsed by Bernie, Ro Khanna, Maxwell Frost, the PCCC, the Working Families Party, and more.
Peggy Flanagan (MN-Sen) is running for U.S. Senate in Minnesota against AIPAC and crypto-backed Angie Craig. Peggy spent nearly a decade as a leader with Paul Wellstone's organizing group before being elected to the state legislature and then Lt. Governor. She refuses corporate PAC money – even as Big Oil, crypto, and AIPAC pour millions into the race to boost Angie Craig. Peggy is endorsed by Bernie, Elizabeth Warren, Al Franken, the PCCC, and more.
Kai Newkirk (AZ-04) is a longtime organizer, anti-corruption leader, and co-founder of 99Rise who made national news when he captured the only-existing video of a Supreme Court hearing – right before leading a protest during a big money-in-politics case. He's running to replace Democratic incumbent Rep. Greg Stanton, an AIPAC-backed corporate Democrat who has taken over $300,000 in AIPAC money, failed to take a strong stand against the Iran war and ICE's rampage, and opposes Medicare For All. Because AZ-04 is solidly Democratic, the primary winner is expected to win the general.
