Congressman Ro Khanna says, "I endorse this petition saying no president should be able to outsource life-and-death military decisions to artificial intelligence or private tech companies. We need a federal law banning autonomous AI weapons and requiring real human oversight."
If we want limits on AI in warfare and to require congressional authorization for starting wars, we need members leading – and Ro Khanna is doing that.
