Trump and the Supreme Court are making it harder to vote by mail. Taking back the Senate is how we stop more right-wing judges, force accountability, and build the power to pass national voting-rights protections.

An individual may contribute up to $3,500 and a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) may contribute up to $5,000 to Talarico for Texas. The first $3,500 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a PAC’s contribution will be designated for the general election. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals and federal government contractors are prohibited. Persons are prohibited from making contributions in the name of another person.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of the employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Contributions and gifts to Talarico for Texas are not tax-deductible. Talarico for Texas does not accept corporate PAC contributions.
