Fight for the CFPB
Last week, a Trump-appointed judge ruled that Mulvaney can stay at the CFPB while the case goes to court -- but no ruling has been made on the case itself yet. And legal experts say we can win.
That matters because if we win and Acting Director Leandra English directs the agency, Trump likely won't be able to get anyone as extreme as Mulvaney through the confirmation process.
