NAVY BLUE: $750

includes 4 event tickets, half page program ad, 2 slides in rotation, & program thanks


INDIGO: $500

includes 2 event tickets, half page program ad, 2 slides in rotation, & program thanks


SKY BLUE: $300

includes 2 event tickets, business card program ad, & program thanks

Friends of the PCDC: $25

includes listing in event program under Friends of the PCDC but does not include a ticket to the event.

 

Contribution rules

  1. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  2. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
