The Netanyahu government’s response - bombing civilians in schools, refugee camps, and hospitals; denying food, water, medical care; bombing evacuation routes — this is not an acceptable response, and it has led to a horrific humanitarian catastrophe. We as an international community - as a human community - have to understand a continued escalation along these lines is NOT going to lead to peace and security for anyone, Israeli or Palestinian. We need an end to the violence, as soon as possible, and we need to allow humanitarian aid in.

We must find a diplomatic solution that allows all Israelis and Palestinians to live in peace, that includes the release of hostages, and ultimately leads to a solution where both sides can have self determination."
