Contribution rules

  1. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  2. I am at least eighteen years old.
  3. I am not a federal contractor.
  4. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  5. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to Pennsylvania Arizona Victory Fund 2026 before the 2026 primary election for all participating candidates shall be as follows: The first $14,000 of each contribution from a person and the first $20,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated evenly, up to legal limits, between Chris Deluzio for Congress and Mark Kelly for Senate. The first $7,000 of a person’s contribution and the first $10,000 of a PAC’s contribution will be designated for the primary election; the next $7,000/$10,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $10,000 from a PAC will be allocated evenly, up to legal limits, between Yinzer PAC and Liftoff PAC. Contributions to Pennsylvania Arizona Victory Fund 2026 after the 2026 primary election for all participating candidates shall be as follows: The first $7,000 of each contribution from a person and the first $10,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated evenly, up to legal limits, between Chris Deluzio for Congress and Mark Kelly for Senate. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $10,000 from a PAC will be allocated evenly, up to legal limits, between Yinzer PAC and Liftoff PAC. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting compliance@bluewavepolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
