Candidates who signed the People's Pledge
We believe that all candidates for the Democratic Party nomination should oppose independent expenditures by wealthy, corporate, and dark money groups during their primary campaign for the party nomination. These candidates pledged to oppose the big outside money and challenged their opponents to do the same.

We support the Democratic National Committee's call for all Democratic candidates to lead by example, reduce the sinister influence of corporate and dark money, and denounce such independent expenditures in our primary campaigns.
Support these candidates with generous contributions directly to their campaign committees.
Voters don’t want billionaires or corporations buying our nominations for elected office. If elected, these candidates pledged to serve the voters exclusively.
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am not a federal contractor.
