Minnesota PCR (Political Contribution Refund) Program:
If you are a Minnesota voter who contributes money to candidates for Minnesota state offices, you may apply for a refund from the State of Minnesota for all or a portion of contributions made between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024. The maximum refund is $75 for an individual and $150 for a married couple filing a joint application.
This public finance system, run by the State of Minnesota is a great way for average Minnesotans to support candidates they believe in and be reimbursed by the Minnesota Department of Revenue!
We make it easy and will send you everything you need to get the refund (typically takes a few weeks).
Contribution rules
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
