Most people do not even know what a District Leader is, let alone that you have the right to vote for who represents you inside the Democratic Party. And those currently controlling the Queens Machine want to keep it that way. For decades the same folks have filled vacancies, appointed those loyal to them to party positions and avoided primaries that would put party positions like District Leader (the people who ultimately choose the County Leader) on the ballot for you to select.
But together we can reform the structure of the Queens Country Democratic Party, end the influence of long entrenched power brokers and make it more accessible, transparent and accountable to the Registered Democrats of Queens. Will you please help?
