We're taking new legal action
In 2016, Pride Fund worked to pass the ballot initiative Proposition 63 in California, which would ban large capacity magazines. The initiative passed, with 63 percent of California voters supporting it on election day. But the NRA sued to halt its implementation. Its been a legal battle ever since. We're taking new legal action to ensure the law is implemented. This is important because it has nationwide implications for future laws like this.
