Donate to the Philadelphia Community Bail Fund
PCBF is pleased to kick off our 7th Annual Black Mama's Bail Out campaign! We are raising money now through Sunday May 12th to post bail for Black mamas and caregivers.
We are partnering again with National Bail Out who is granting us $75,000 to kickstart our funds. We hope to raise an additional $100,000. Last year we brought home 36 Black mamas and caregivers and posted $415,543 in bail. Every dollar will help us bring more Black mamas home.
The mission of the Philadelphia Community Bail Fund is to end cash bail and pretrial detention in Philadelphia. Until that day comes, we post bail for as many of our neighbors as we can.
Between May 13, 2017 and April 5, 2024 we freed 977 of our neighbors and posted $8,268,645 in ransom. Learn more at phillybailout.org
