Phoebe Shin Venkat 潘煦琦 for Foster City Council November 2024
Hello! I'm Phoebe Shin Venkat, and I'm excited to run for election to the Foster City City Council! The Council consists of five Foster City residents who serve the entire City - these elected officials make final decisions on all major city matters, adopt necessary ordinances and resolutions for efficient governmental operations, approve the budget, and act as a board of appeals.
This campaign is grassroots and people-powered (of course!), so every dollar raised will help me to reach and connect with Foster City's diverse community members.
I am proud to have the support of many local, county, and regional community leaders, including Alison Proctor, LaTisa Brooks, Gene Kim, and Maggie Trinh (San Mateo-Foster City School District Board Trustees).
