A longtime resident and advocate for southwest Baltimore, Phylicia has over 10 years of experience as a community organizer and public health professional.
Phylicia is committed to fighting for healthy communities in the 10th District, from the homes we live in and the streets we walk on, to the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the food we eat.
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
