Celebrate 12 years of Progress Iowa!

Join us to celebrate 12 years of Progress Iowa! We work year-round as Iowa's progressive communications hub, providing research, polling and training to help promote effective messaging and our shared values.


The evening will include a program with speakers to be announced soon, and the presentation of our two annual awards: The Ruth and Tom Harkin Hero Award, given to an elected official who promotes progressive values. And the Marcia Nichols Progressive Advocate of the Year, named after one of Progress Iowa's founding board members, given to an Iowan who used their voice to stand for our shared values.

Appetizers and a cash bar will be available, with drink tickets provided to sponsors.

We conduct research, develop winning messages, communicate with Iowans about critical policy issues, and empower people who want to improve our state.
