About GAIN Power 🌟:

Over the last 20 years (16 as Democratic GAIN & 4 as GAIN Power), our community has flourished, now encompassing over 100,000 professionals. Many have kick-started and propelled their careers in Democratic and Progressive Politics thanks to our initiatives. In just the last four years alone, as GAIN Power, we've connected 5,439 employers, including candidates, unions, progressive advocacy organizations, national and state Democratic parties, consulting firms, and tech companies. We underscore the necessity for cross-sector collaboration 🤝.

The Powerful IDEA Awards 🏅 is a community program dedicated to celebrating and spotlighting the leaders, organizations, communications, technology, and programs impacting democracy, elections, and advocacy.

GAIN Power programs are committed to fostering a more inclusive democracy. We aim to diversify, demystify, and democratize the sector by recruiting and retaining talent through networking, professional development, and marketing programs 🚀.
